Quietly she sleeps not making a sound
Footsteps approaching disturbing the ground
The bedroom door opens the room turns from dark to bright
A tall figure enters the room walking to the right

Her eyes began to flicker opening wide

Rolling over onto her side

She peers over the top of her crib 

Eyes wide open the air is still

The sun illuminating the edge of the window sill
